Ok, i really would like to know, do the scouts in the BF sets come with snipers? It would make it easier for me as i already have a sniper set, its ok if they dont, but it would make it a lot easier to work out points, cheers for help in advance

No they dont. Sniper Scouts are completly diffrent models than normal scouts. Rules wise its only the weapon diffrence but model wise scouts come with capes, goggles, and legs designed for poses with the rifle and caped upper bodies.

Scout are a great cheap option to combat the anti-armor army. You know the new Tzentch army which denies you AS's, anyone still playing 3rd Edition Orks w/ Choppas, Tau with lots of Crisis suits and plasma. Every unit has its purpose. Personally I have 18 scout snipers, 8 CCW/BP scouts, 2 HB scouts, and 2 ML scouts. Heavy Bolter scouts mix really well with the Sniper scouts as both have 36" range. Other times I'll put a small squad of snipers with a missle launcher to harass heavy armor.

why do some space marines and chaos space marines have pointy helmets at the front like a medievil knight?

GW changed the design over the years but fluffwise beaked helmets come from older eras. There are other variants but all of them are classified as MK 1 to MK 8.
