mmh, generally speaking, tanks are hard "conversion" or "count as" models for wh40k.

but tanks are a rare thing to find. some ramshakle ork tanks, yes...otherwise i can suggest to buy "nomal" modelism tanks and artilleries (brand "tamiya" for example) but at that point you might justwant to go http://www.forgeworld.co.uk/ and buy some nice turrets for your regular gw tanks...
