Tzeentch DP. Has Smash rule giving cc. attacks AP2. Then purchase the magic weapon/relic Soulbane, which includes the Incorporeal special rule where the AP can vary on opponents initiative. Which AP rule takes precedent? I have been advised the Incorporeal rule takes precedent as it is not a 'solid' weapon and therefore the DP cannot take advantage of it's huge strength. Is this the correct interpretation?

Smash v Soulbane?
Generally, if you use a weapon, your attacks have the stats of that weapon. So if you don't have another CC weapon, you use the Soulbane; if you do have another CC weapon you can either use that with smash or use the magic weapon with Soulbane
