Going to enter a tournament in January, having never played Kill Team before. The biggest issue I'm having is figuring out what heavy weapon team my tactical squad should have...I'm leaning towards Heavy Bolter for the 3 shots. Let me know what you think

6 Tactical Marines, Bolters
1 Heavy Bolter

5 Scout Snipers, Camo Cloaks

agree on the snipers. I've found out that assault marines work great in KT due to the manouvrability, tactical flexibility (they can get on building unlike bikers!), HoWrath, plus dual flamers in unit of 5!! So, i'd start with them, then add another 5 tactical with heavy bolter and maybe a combiplasma sarge. you should have some spare points to work with

Much appreciated! I do have assault marines that I never run...this would be a great reason to paint them up

Assault Marines 1 SGT w/ Plasma Pistol, 2 Flamers, 2 Marines
I have 10 points left...

Do I go with Vet SGT in the Assault squad or combi-pistol for the Tactical SGT?
