If you want to be a bit more open-minded about it, try some African American soldiers. A few thin layers of Dark Flesh with Scorched Brown highlights makes for a simple and convincing brotha'.

Because in the grim darkness of the far future, the last thing you should care about is the colour of your comrade's skin.

Maybe "African Cadian" or "African Catachan?"

Mind, there are a good number of human skin tones. If you simply want racial variety, try out using old Bronzed Flesh with Flesh Wash for a sort of Asian look.

For Native Americans, I found that starting out with a rust color (I use P3 Bloodstone) and working your way up with a good flesh tone (maybe Dwarf Flesh?). Just highlight up with a mix of the colors until you feel it looks right.
