Well, the talisman is useless on the grey seer as the screaming bell already provides a 4+ ward save. I would use the points you dropped there to up the priest's ward save to a 5+. Also, I would drop all the close combat bonuses on the grey seer. It may seem like a good idea, but in CC all your seer should be doing is scurrying higher on the bell not trying to kill anything. With the points you saved you could either increase the size of the PM unit, or give one of the engineers a condenser or doomrocket. Other than that, looks like a pretty solid list.

Those clanrats need shields and spears! also, isnt the banner of the under empire the one where each unit in BSB with the banner takes 2d6 str 2? Bad idea with only 20 stormvermin, I would suggest the Razor standard, from the BRB. Armor piercing with str 4 on those stormvermin is tasty! If that gray seer wears that armor, he can no longer cast magic. why give him a tail weapon and poisened attacks? Seems counter intuitive..

drop the master moulder on the rat ogres, he has to go in the front rank and he'll just die quickly especially with a GW

the only other thing is that you have no sacrifice unit to stop the doomwheels from blasting your units, remember they always target the nearest unit, friend or foe.
