Hello everyone!

Well I'm new to 40K but not new to wargamming, I do have an extensive set of mech warrior, but I like the 40k feel when I recently played in a demo.

So I'm going to start up an imperial guard army, first off will be a target army of 500, HQ and troops and then i'll move up from there.

I look forward to posting my army and getting feedback and will be prowling the board for ideas and advice.

I can tell you're a vet to gaming already, SirDrasco! You are spot on with your plan for the upcoming IG army. If you like take a look at our Articles section and the Imperial Guard Overview in the 40K General section. It might be worth while for ya.... might. lol.
I am just getting back in to Battletech, myself. It has been a long while (13 years or so) since I last played, but I just picked up some fresh mechs and should be getting in a few starter games again with the locals soon.
