Well, I figured it makes more sense to post a list of online stores/sellers here than just dumping them into the random links thread. I know when I first started, it was hard for me to find good sources, sonow I'm sharing some of my favorites, feel free to post your own! This should proably be stickied.

Games Workshop Online Store The official GW online store. Always reliable, but straight Retail + Shipping, so don't expect any deals on whole minis, but they are about he only source for pewter bits that I know of.

Battlewagon Bits One of the best sources for plastic bits off the sprue. They also sell whole sets and books, usually at a discount. The focus is on plastic though, so if you need pewter parts GW is probably better for you.

Ebay Seller: bruces_collectables
This guy just plain ROCKS! Bruce is very fast on replies to querries, sometimes the emails were coming so fast it felt like an IM conversation. Always prompt and friendly. He uses very fast shipping at very reasonable rates. Preorder items usually arrive on my doorstep within a day or two of release. His prices are fantastic too, always under retail, usually around 20%. Very high feedback rating, always good to buy from. If you contact him directly by e-mail he can cut you even better deals since he isn't paying listing fees. (Though I suggest you do a couple transactions thorugh ebay first so you get to know him and his business practices). Takes paypal, usually ships in the US, but overseas shipping can be negotiated.

Thaks! We could use some links to hobby supply sources, too. I found Amazon has some plasticard (search for sheet styrene) and foamboard, but I'm sure there are better sources out there.

Bruce is a good guy, very prompt ad courteous customer service. One time an item was accidentily left out of an orer I placed with him. I let him know and even though the item had been marked off his invintory (meaning he'd had to have taken it off the shelf personally) and mine was the only order for that item, he still took my word for it and sent off a replacement. Later he sent me an e-mail to let me know that he'd found the original item (Apparently it'd fallen behind his packing table).

Anyhow, glad the thread seems to be helping. If you come across any good sites or sellers, feel free to post them.

My links are all US based, so I'm sure our friends across the pond have their own sources that other UK posters could use.

Here's a new one
http://www.sciplus.com/
They're a great source for cheap modeling tools (a pack of 10 different shaped needle files for under $4, a pack of like 30 miniature drill its for $15, etc) Theyve also got tons of just plain odd and random stuff. Worth checking out for *any* hoby, from minis to robotics

surprised this hasn't been said yet

thewarstore.com

This guy sells everything, including FW. On all GW products (not FW sadly), his prices are 20% off, and no matter how much you order, shipping is $4.95. Based out of New Jersey (or southern New York, I forgot  ), he has a huge stockpile and ships quickly.

I live in arizona, and i recieved my last order 4 days after ordering it. This guy rocks

worth noting that http://www.thewarstore.net has absorbed Battlewagon Bits, so if you want bits, you've gotta go through them now anyhow.

My only problem with them is you have to order by phone and they don't have an 800 number (and I work graveyards on the other coast, so trying to get a call in during their hours is a pain)
