Given the possible range of things that could be made - humans, Dragons, tanks, Chaos Spawn, Orks, rats, Daemons - is there any particular kind of thing you were wanting to know how to scratchbuild? I'm not being awkward, but I think it would help potential tutorial-makers if you could sort of narrow your search terms a bit

I for one am not a fan of the current plague bearer models (They are not as disgusting as my converted PMs *Pics coming soon* and they seem much lees dreadful than the fiction makes them out to be). It also occured to me that Svartmetall, the resident Nurgle master has replied to this thread and maybe would know a thing or two about this as I don't know where to begin with the project. I hope I didn't just jack this thread, but it does pertain to scratch-building models.

this tutorial is really nice for complete sculpts, and there was another scratch build article in Historical Miniatures magazine for 4th quarter 08
