yeah a friend and i came up with him as a joke but was wondering if he's overpowered or not. haven't used him in a game yet as its to funny for us to do it. anyways here he is

The weapon is ridiculous for a Sniper Rifle, his abilities and that weapon should place him over 100pts on the condition he only has the 1 wound- definitely refluff the rifle as some sort of upgraded Lascannon. Just because a .50 cal is a horrifically powerful rifle in real life doesn't make it so when compared to weapons in 40k.

yeah i forgot to add his wounds. he has 10 wounds. yeah in yo face!

no he only has 1, but yeah like i said hes a joke between me and a friend so proly never gonna use him. i was just wondering if he was op'd at all and from your response he is so what should i do to him to make it less op'd?

Why does he have acute senses? Is he a space wolf? If he isn't then he shouldn't have that rule and that is a WTF gun. Tone it the hell down. Lol

He could have Acute Sense due to some advanced piece of scouting tech- the weapon should either be restructured so it's not a man portable Railgun or altered so it's not a Sniper Rifle he's carrying.

Change the weapon so it's slightly less 'end-of-world', but still 'oh shit, oh shit he can see me'.
Sniper Rifles are infantry killers not the fearsome predators of Land Raiders.
Keep the Ap2 but either change the Strength to something like 5 or 6 OR to wounding on a specific roll (since your going for the 'life ender' maybe 3+ or 2+).

Well... He is clearly a joke, but that sniper is clearly over powered! That gun has even better stats than a god damn Las canon! Are you going to use it to kill infantry or Land Raiders and Monoliths...
