I attended 17 different schools in 5 states in the US, and then joined the military. I now live relatively close to my town of birth, but in another town that I never even knew existed while attending school. Occasionally I might bump into someone I once bumped into between classes, but I can't say I still have any sort of relationship with a school friend.
I only talk to one person from high school - who I met six months before I left and he's in Argentina untill the end of the year. So no I don't - in 10 months I've managed to loose contach with nearly every one of the little buggers. I'm quite pleased with it actauly. I hated high school.
I moved a LOT as a kid: several elementary schools, middle schools/ junior high schools and 2 high schools. Then I was in the US Navy. After that Settled in the Portland Oregon/ Vancouver Washington area for seven years...joined the US Army...settled in Madison Wisconsin...been here for seven years (ish).
I don't know anyone from my school days, and hardly know anyone from elsewhere (have a few friends from the OR/WA area I'm still in contact with). I tend to blend in easily anywhere, but sadly have few long-lasting relationships (with a few exceptions).
umm... im eleven y/o lol. I know alot of school friends, my school is the biggest in my district with close to 1k students and a greenhouse (only one in the province), i know every kid in Grade 6 (around half of the students are in G6)
Still in contact with and meet up with all of my close friends from school 9 years on. If you don't speak to them now they were probably not that close friends anyway IMO. Email and the telephone make it easy enough if you want to.
I moved around a lot. I had three close friends in High School and two of them are dead (suicide) the other lives OS somewhere. I didn't really have any friends at uni. I have a group of gaming buddies that I've known for the last 18 or so years, though, and I keep in touch with them. I don't make friends easily.
My wife still keeps in touch with some of her school friends, though, but she was from a smaller town. Born in a small town, most of them still live in that same old small town (hums to self).
I'm 41 I really don't see any of my friend's anymore. I gave up drugs and alcohol 6 years ago so there went all my friends except one. That's my best friend since H.S he's more like my brother but we really can't hang out because he still parties and I will not go back to that life. My addiction now is my wife and kids and Warhammer 40k. I have met some good people at my gaming club and would consider 2 of them good friends.
Lol. I'm still in school and I know almost every single person in my school except for the Asians (Not being racist here) caus most of them look the same and I just gave up trying to remember their names.
and My school is the second largest in Australia with 1700 people just in senior school. about as much (if not more) in the junior one.
