Sanguinious is done (thanks to zboy again for the story) I'd like some feedback on what you think.

Sanguinius Primarch of the Blood Angels
When the arrival of the Space Wolves, Dark Angels and Ultramarines Legions forced Horus to drop the shields protecting his battle barge, Sanguinius, Rogal Dorn of the Imperial Fists, and the Adeptus Custodes joined the Emperor in a teleport assault upon the vessel. The Chaos magicks protecting the ship scattered the Loyalists throughout the ship. Sanguinius was the first to make it onto the bridge of the battle barge, confronting the corrupted Warmaster. As Sanguinius possessed the ability of foresight, it seems almost certain that he knew he was going to his death. It remains unknown whether fatalism or loyalty brought Sanguinius aboard. The Blood Angels themselves have no doubt on the matter. The two Primarchs and former friends finally met on the command deck. Horus offered Sanguinius a position of power if he renounced his loyalty to the Emperor, and Sanguinius refused. Wounded and weary from his battles on Terra, Sanguinius was no match for Horus, then at the height of his daemonic power. In his limitless malice, Horus made sure that Sanguinius' death was the most painful and foul that the boundless evils in his service could administer. The Warmaster's psychic assault was so powerful it echoed down through the generations of Sanguinius's sons who are haunted by its echo within their souls to this day.

Wargear: The blade encarmine, The Spear of Telesto(*makes one attack per turn).
The Blade Encarmine: The Blade Encarmine is a relic of the Blood Angels. Wielded by the Blood Angels First Chapter Master Belarus, the sword is said to only respond to those who carry the gene code of Sanguinius. The Blade Encarmine is a master crafted Power weapon which adds +2 strength +1 Initiative,
The Spear of Telesto In combat, the spear can emit a blast of energy which vapourises anyone who doesn't have the blood of Sanguinius in his veins. Sanguinius can swing once per turn at one enemy model in addition to any other attacks, it strikes at STR 8 and is a master crafted power weapon, if you hit the model place a small black with the hole centered over the hit model, all models touching and under are hit the blast is Str 5 Ap 3 and never effects Blood Angels (Including Sanguinius).

Blood drinker:It is said that Sanguinius used to drink the blood of his fallen enemy. Every time Sanguinius kills an enemy model with more than one wound he gains 1 wound (note that he only gains a wound for each model not each wound).

Foresight: There is a legend that Sanguinius foresaw his own death to represent this Sanguinius can attempt to foresee the oncoming battle and attempt to avoid oncoming danger by predicting it. If he is reduced to 1 wound he can foresee the oncoming attacks and attempts to avoid them on 4+ before any saves are taken but after they have rolled to hit.

Wings of Sanguinius: Huge Angelic wings gifted to Sanguinous by the Emperor allow Sanguinius to move with Flight. He may enter the board using the Deep Strike special rule if it is in effect and, if unattended by a retinue, may make Hit and Run attacks. Sanguinius has a 12" assault range.

Loved By Blood Angels: Sanguinius Loves his men and would rather die than see them suffer and vice versa for his men. All Blood Angels are at leadership 10, gain +2 attacks on the charge.

All around them the battle of the Emperors palace raged, Titans dueling each other, Space marine and Imperial Guardsmen alike fighting their heretical counterparts, both sides champions were untouchable, but out of all the climactic duels of individual champions there was no fight like that between the pristine, angel primarch of the blood angels; Sanguinius and the the Khornate Greater Daemon Ka'Bandha.

The two were god-like, each dwarfing their own warriors, the Khorne daemon's hands tightened their grip on the giant axe they held, and the angel drew his flaming sword, and stood at the ready with spear and sword in his hands.

But thats before they took to the air............

The daemon's impatience got the better of it and with a bloodthirsty roar it spouted wings and took to the air hurtling towards the angel, but all Ka'Bandha got from his opponent was a blast of energy from the Spear of Telesto and a slash from the Blade Encarmine, but before the daemon flew out of striking distance his axe flashed as it arced toward Sanguinus' head, who dodged it and had his weapons smashed from his hands in return.

But both were unfazed and fought hand to hand , the daemon gouging deep scars into the angels golden armour, while the angel punched and kicked into the daemons form, each blow sending the daemon down further towards the fast approaching ground and with a sound oddly like a sonic boom the opponents impacted and threw up a colossal dust cloud, but when the dust cleared the two champions were gone , back up fighting in the air above the battle.

For what seemed like hours of fighting in stalemate, Sanguinuis lifted Ka'Bandha to the skies and Smashed the Mighty daemon against the wall of the gate where it moved no more, and with a look of contempt towards the broken body of the deamon Saguinius ordered the Eternity Gate to be closed......

Here are the rules that will apply to all Primarchs.

Although few beings could be more different in personality, the Primarchs have several traits in common:
• Terms of use: Primarchs should only be included in an army under the most extreme circumstances, in games with army totals in excess of 3000 points. They count as a HQ choice, and must be taken exactly as detailed below. They may not be given any additional equipment from the Armory.
• Aspect: All Primarchs have iron-hard skin (counts as Artificer Armour) and always have at least a 4+ Invulnerable Save. A Primarch may pick-and-choose his opponents in close combat. Due to their bulk, they never have to make a test for moving through difficult terrain.
• Independent Character: A Primarch follows all of the rules concerning Independent Characters in the 40k rulebook except for being shot at. It is always possible to target him even if he has joined a unit or is within 6” of another viable target. Line of sight and other targeting restrictions still apply.
• Monstrous: Primarchs are Monstrous Creatures. They ignore armour saves in close combat and. their attacks follow the Ordnance rules when Penetrating vehicles at +2D6 strength. They have the Feel No Pain special rule. (all restrictions apply). All Primarchs have the Furiuos charge ability.
• Fearsome: Primarchs instill Fear upon their opponents a -2 modifier to Leadership. Fighting a Primarch in close combat is so intimidating that cover doesn’t help as much as it should. All Primarchs count as if they have Frag Grenades.
• Fearless: The ultimate gift of The Emperor is to make them feel Immortal. Death holds no meaning to them, as at is only temporary. Primarchs are considered Fearless, they will never fall back, cannot be pinned, and are assumed to pass any leadership-based test that they are forced to make, And do not suffer any wounds for losing combat.
• Chosen Of the Emperor: Primarchs are protected by an unknown power which spirits them away at the last moment if danger threatens. This is represented by allowing The Primarchs a special 4+ save on a D6 against any attack or other damage that would reduce there wounds to 0. This is a special save that is made when a Primarch is killed and may be taken after his the save may be taken after all other saves have been taken. If the Primarch passes the saving throw then he suddenly disappears from the battlefield. Remove the model as if it had been killed, but do not award any Victory points to the opposing player. Also All Primarchs count as having Holy Relics which may be used once per turn to re roll one failed dice roll and also once per battle you may use it to give all units within 3D6 inches +2 attacks.
• Chapter Masters: All Primarchs command their respective chapters and so may only be used in their Respective Force :
Leman Russ – Space Wolves
Ferrus Manus – Iron Hands
Rogal Dorn - Crimson Fists/Black Templars
Lion El’Johnson – Dark Angels
Sanguinius – Blood Angels
Jaghati Khan – White Scars
Roboute Guilliman – Ultramarines
Vulkan – Salamanders
Corax – Raven Guard
However a Primarch may take command of any Imperial Guard, Witch Hunters or Daemon Hunters Force even if they do not have any space marines from there respective chapters they just may not command any other marine chapter.

Looks pretty good, but why BS 0?

I don't recall any fluff that said Sanguinius was absolutely incapable of using a gun. In fact, even untrained, he should still be at least BS4 just from his sheer physical abilities. After all, the Blood Angels created from his DNA are still crack shots like all marines.

Also, though I hate to admit it, WS10 is probably a bit too high. He did get beat by horus after all. I would save 10s in almost any ability for Horus and the Emperor, personally.

The only reason Horus beat him was because that Bloodthirster (KA'Banda) Took a huge chunk out him so he was pretty weak + Horus trained Sanguinius and Sanguinius and Russ were the only two Primarchs to beat him hand to hand in combat (when Horus did'nt hate the Emperor).

As For the Balistic skill I'll change it I just did'nt think it mattered sry Of course he's able to shoot.

Sanguinius was the greatest Warrior ever and only bested by Horus (He was protected by Chaos at the time) and the Bloodthirster who he killed later. $0k Fluff continually states he was the greatest fighter among the Primarchs, so perhaps you want to give him a WS10 if you are giving other Primarchs WS10 also.

My thoughts exactly and also surely Sanguinius could match the Avatar Of Khaine in hand to hand combat

Fluff wise we could not. The living Avatar is a god incarnate, Sanguinius is not.
And having a better or equal WS then the Avatar is a bit too much. Maybe he has more attacks or better saves, but no one is as skilled in sword fight then the Avatar.

Thats what you say however Sanguinius was the most skilled Primarchhe even beat Horus Hand to hand when he did'nt have a vendeta against the Imperium, even though he was killed by Horus (who was at the Height of his daemonic Powers and Sanguinius had a Sizable chunk taken out of him by a Chosen Bloodthirster) and if he can beat Bloodthirsters (which are Ws9) then surely he should Be Ws 10

I've downgraded the Other Primarchs to WS 9 but I've given Sanguinius Ws10

I think Angron should probably be WS 10...at least assuming its heresy-era, given how he has gone over to worship of the god of battle and is a primarch...
yeh m8 i'll bare that in mind when it comes too making the daemon Primarch rules cheers:grin:
