If you pull out the Termis squad as is you have just enough points for another DP: MoN, wings, warptime and the perfect amount of points for Termicide. I would also suggest changing the Plasma PM into Meltas. The only problem then you have a few points you need to spend. Maybe another Personal Icon and something else. Keep the Plague Bearers. They make it so you have a little more objective taking ability. They can also create a little havoc and we heretics love that.
