Well that was ridiculously close with 5 votes for Iron Talons and 4votes for Iron Dragons, with 3 votes apiece to Black Talons and Doom Sentinels.

Looks that's the name of my Chapter then- The Iron Talons.
And because I like to have my cake and eat it I think I'll use a few of the words/names that didn't win for squad/company names...

Eh I dunno, Black Talons sounds cool for Necrons. Better than "Terminators" or "Awnold Schworzeneggars".
