I remember seeing a pic of the new wip cold one as well and it looks just as cool as the carnosaur. Basically looks like a smaller version of it, maybe a slightly larger raptor.

The Titan is nice (and so big!) and like the site says is noticeably WIP lacking enough detail work atm. Those orks, especially that Trukk is so damn nice. In fact that Trukk is one of the best models I've seen GW produce. It's amazing and a testament to GW that with profit problems they are producing work of this supreme quality.
