I have no codex in front of me, and I've been out of the game for a long time...

Can SM's requisition the use of IG squads or equipment? I seem to remember it was possible, but with limitations... yes no? I did read the section in the deamonhunters codex about attaching them to other groups and vice versa, but didn't know if that held true for everyone.

No unfortunately, only daemon hunters or witch hunters can requisition either IG or space marines, and only one at a time.

You normally only use baneblades in apocalypse, and you can take whatever you want in apocalypse regardless of codex restrictions. So in that case you're golden.

WH and DH are the only ones that can pull in other Imperial units BUT they can also loan theirs out to others. For example, I sometimes use a unit of my wife's Sisters of Battle or Sisters Repentia in my Black Templars force.
