As for the flesh tearers you could create the blood angels legion 5th company. The captain Nassir Amit was to become the first chapter of the flesh tearers. That would mean you could use them as pre heresy blood angels and flesh tearers.

Im pretty sure that you would only need the crusade legion list book, as the others are for the legions on istvaan. The £70 books are just full of artwork and fluff.
