I am doing some conversions of squads of chosen (at least one for each god). For Nurgle I wanted to do tattered and filthy robes. Any suggestions on making tattered robes. I was thinking of using the dark Angels veteran figures with tattered robes. But can not figure out how to tatter them. Any help will be appriciated.:victory:

perhaps you could use greenstuff to make the robes then use an exacto knife(or whatever its called) or something to add tears and stuff to it? I dont know much about this stuff, but I hope this might have helped a bit.

GS a robe on as normal, then after the GS has semi set fray the edges with a sculpting tool. Put holes and tears in the GS starting with larger and more frequent holes closer to the edges of the robe. PS: google is a good research tool.

Contact svartmetall. He does great tattered flesh on his nurgle conversions. I'm sure the techniques are similar.
