This post is focused on the robes. Please avoid commenting the armour unless it's praising them ( :wink: )

These are my WIP DA Veterans. (These arent the only ones. I've got more out of the pics). Theyre not finished yet (Even the robes) but i would like some comments.

I still need to give the robes an ink or a wash to smooth the highlights abit and get rid of brushstrokes. Apart from that they look sexy to me.

I like the green/purple theme! Damn.

I will repeat my comment from the other thread however in that you need to add maybe a couple more stages for your layers to smooth them out and make them look more natural.

That said, I may have to copy that theme.

Wraith, Sure go ahead and copy it. As i said it still needs a wash and a few more highlights. I actually went to GW this morning and finished them. Will post pics later.

I might do a pictorial on doing robes later. Ill do red, green, purple, blue and white from a black undercoat.

Ill go and buy the colours I'll need. Do the same as follows:

Red Cloak:
Scab red, Red gore, Blood red, Chaos black, 'Ardcoat

Light Blue Cloak:
Chaos Black, Regal Blue, Enchanted Blue, Ice Blue, Skull White

Dark Blue Cloak:
Chaos Black, Regal Blue, Midnight blue (Not overly needed. Just for the extra effect), Enchanted Blue

Purple Cloak:
Chaos Black, Lieche Purple, Warlock Purple, Tenticle Pink (I call it Testicle pink :mrgreen: :lol: )

White Cloak:
Chaos Black, Shadow Grey, Space Wolves Grey, Skull White

Dark Green Cloak:
Chaos Black, Dark Angels Green, Snot Green, Golden Yellow

Light Green Cloak:
Chaos Black, Dark Angels Green, Goblin Green, Scorpion Green, Sunburst Yellow

Camo/Dirty Green Cloak:
Chaos Black, Catachan Green, Camo Green, Rotting Flesh, Bestial Brown

Now that you listed some prime colors to work with, I'd like to see exactly how it was done.
