So I was contemplating starting a mantis warriors army and upon seeing their forge world HQ's profile a question got lodged in my head. How many blessings can a psyker cast per turn? Infantry can only make one shooting attack. I don't think the rule book specifies a blessing as a shooting attack but in the blessing description it says you pick a "target". Furthermore, if you can cast as many blessings as warp charges you have can you also pick different targets per blessing?

I would appreciate it if anyone could clarify this for me.

From Page 66

"In older codexes, Mastery level may
be written out longhand in the form of a special rule that allows
the Psyker to use more than one psychic power each turn - the
number of powers that can be used per turn is their Mastery Level."

That says to me a Psyker can manifest as many powers as he has warp charge for in a turn, except Witchfires of course as they are specifically limited.
You can only use each power once tho' but you could target the one unit with multiple powers if you want.
