Sorry to be the bearer of bad news guys, but GW will be hitting us over the
head with another prize raize by the end of the month;

As of 30th April
All blisters and boxes priced £9 will increase by £1
All blisters and boxes priced £10 will increase by £2

i read about this on another forum. i dont agree with it, its far too expensive as it is. GW make a rediculus amount of profit on what they sell. But, people do keep on buying it. If you dont agree with the price hikes stop buying hte stuff. its the only way they'll learn.

on the flip side though, there have been many people saying that GW is doing badly. i dont know if its true or not though. they do have a lot of overheads to cover - the process of sculpting and moulding new figures isnt cheap.

i can see this thread turning into a For/against gw bitchfest pretty soon.

People sound surprised at this? At this point I love being a poor student, the price rise doesn't affect me because I couldn't buy most of the stuff before anyway except one or twice a year.

And if the rumours of them doing badly is true then maybe if they put their prices down then more people would buy their products.

No surprise really, I'm Just glad theres always the numerous Ind traders about offering large discounts to cover the Increases! :D
