Hello everyone,

I have decided that I want to start a Tyranid army that will have Moot Green armor and a greyish skin. I would particularly like it if my Tyranids' skin would match the color of the Crypt Ghouls in the attached image (this is not my image and all rights go to the artists involved). However, I am not able to figure out what paint scheme was used for these models; could someone please help me figure this out?

Thank you very much!

(PS are Tyranids currently a strong army?)

Hiya.
I can't get the image to enlarge but from what i can see you're looking at a pale blue/grey top skintone with a slimy green shadow. If that's the case i'd start with a pale skintone maybe a 50/50 blend of kislev flesh/ushbati bone then once that's dry i'd hit it with a wash of athonian camoshade, then highlight your way up with whatever the gw equivalent of vallejo wolf grey is currently progressively mixed with white.

That's probably not a perfect method, you'll need to play around with it but it should get you close.
