Hey. Your pics are a bit dark but from what i can see they are nicely painted. For the inscriptions i use brown as i don't think it looks as bold if you know what i mean. you have done a good job on them. The only thing i would suggest is maybe giving the troops uniforms a wash of brown ink maybe just to add a bit of depth.

Brown text is a really good idea! I'll definitely give that a go. As for a wash, I gave two a wash of ogryn flesh (used for the eviscerator chappy and plasma ptl) but they looked way too dark. I know what you mean about giving the cloth more depth though. I'll have a bit of a ponder and see what I can sort out. Cheers for the advice. :victory:

No problem . For the wash, water it down and try to only apply it to the recesses rather than the whole area. Alternatively for future reference you can do what i do and wash the model after you paint the main colour on then add more layers of paint working up to the highlight like this:
