I recently got a commission to paint up Dave Taylor's conversion of Abaddon the Despoiler. It is nice to see Abaddon getting an update like this, 'cause that mini was from way back.

Anyway, here he is:

tremendous paint job, sir, on my favourite type of conversion [simple, understated, and well executed] + rep

Oh that is cool for sure and a nice paint job to boot. Wouldn't mind seeing more views of the model to be honest though Gareth.

Thanks.

I only got one other angle on him before shipping him out to his owner. Unfortunately, it isn't very different from the first angle:

Also, I've received quite a few compliments on this guy, so I decided to throw him up on Coolmini and see what everyone thinks there.

Here's a link, if you're interested.

Nice work. The painting as has already been pointed out is very neat and cleanly done. The pale 'Chaos' skin tone looks very nice and I really like the way that you've painted the metallics on the model.

Also you've got a really nice base to top it all off. Sweet work odin!
