[Pirate Metal Troy]

Alright, I've decided to enter GW's "Paint or Die" and I've decided to paint up my Thousand Sons, who have been feeling very neglected lately. I've my own "final list" for this army at 1850, so the following 2 lists are made up of ONLY models I already own.

205 - Daemon, Wings, MoTz, WoC, Warptime

185 - 5 Tsons + Sorc w/ Doombolt
185 - 5 Tsons + Sorc w/ Doombolt

225 - 3 Obliterators
225 - 3 Obliterators
225 - 3 Obliterators

1250 on the nose. I'd only really use this list to see the look on people's faces when I put 9 oblits on the table, and to get the models built and painted.

my other list is:

I can't add any more tsons, but I have another daemon prince, and will be buying 2 of the new plastic daemon prince kits when they drop on the 7th.

I don't really intend to win the tourney at the end of PoD, but I really need to get more models painted. So, more tsons, or more oblits?

I would say get more tsons or some rhinos. if you drop one oblit you an have a ride for both squads

Simply, footslogging marines are dead marines, and TSons are no exception

Drop the one obliterator, and both get shiney new boxes to ride in :grin:

And it gives your Obliterators some variation:

squad of 3 starts on the board to provide a fire base
squad of 2 either starts on the board, or deep-strikes should the situation warrant it
squad of 1 always deep-strikes to blow up a tank as early as possible

Sadly I don't have any rhinos (anymore) or extra tsons to add It's basically all out oblits, or the possibility of MAYBE capturing an objective.
