So, In the new Codex an Ork Warboss can be upgraded to wear Mega Armour but it doesn't say he can upgrade his Mega Armour to have a Kombi-Skorcha or Kombi-Rokkit.

However, Mega Nobz can upgrade to these options. Do you think it is possible for the Warboss to upgrade? I mean, fluffwise, he is above the Nobz.

Look to page 97 of the codex for all your Warboss upgrades. Yes he can take the Kombi-Scorcha and Combi-Rokkit weapons. Im not telling the price though so you have to review the codex to findout.
