what are the rules behind the ork power to turn you into a squid?
can anything eldar on a farseer save you ?

Zogwort takes a psychic test, and if successful can affect an enemy indep. char. in 18" and LoS. If affected, both players roll a die. If the Ork players gets higher, the enemy model is a squig under the other player's control.
Runes of warding can mess with Zogwort's ability to cast the power, but once it's cast the eldar model targeted has to beat Zogwort on a roll of a d6 or be a squig. Staying out of line of sight and 18" is probably the best defense beyond runes of warding.

hmm and if i mind war him ?
There's a good chance you'll fail if he's attached to a squad, as he can then substitute the number of Orks in the squad for his Ld value. Whether this is capped at 10 or not is highly debated though.
