I've still got a lot of the old inks from GW and I was considering using one for the Angels Revenant chapter pictured below. They have a really deep cobalt blue scheme and I was trying to figure out how to achieve it, then I remembered the inks and thought perhaps a layer of watered down ink over Kontor blue could accomplish this, but I'm not positive, so I was wondering whether you guys could give me some advice on it.

The bLue ink is generally quite dark, if you want it CObalt/Metallic looking try basecoating with Leadbelcher and then use the blue ink over the top
