You can get very pricey "day light" lamps but to be honest you can get ordinary desk lamps from bnq and put in a cool white led bulb. My wife got me a very good desk lamp with a magnifier on it from lidl or aldi, cant remember which, but again it cam with cool white led bulb

I have one of the expensive "daylight" florescent lamps but it is hard on the eyes if you are painting under it for to long. I have found just a regular UV or soft white light bulb that you can get from any store that sells them works great for general painting. I just use the expensive lamp for when I photograph things.

I have two on my desk an OTT light which is just white and then a 75 or 100 watt halogen lamp. The halogen is much brighter and also more orange but together they work well.
