Hi all i've been playing epic for 20 years but it's seemed to died out thanks to GW, my boys are into LOTR and 40k so i've just been nosin' around the web and ended up here. I play a lot of FPS not online anymore though and heavily into model making and illustration. Went for a job a GW but don't like the idea of being payed in white metal, thats it!

stop complaing, thats life lol:biggrin: but when i played LOTR it was years ago, so i thought i died out, apparently not lol, money is more important. . .i guess

Yeah. GW ballsed Epic royally with their 3rd ed effort. It was impossible to get anything but a draw if both players had an ounce of grey matter.
It crashed so badly that it got shunted to Fanatic where the recent edition is an improvement. LotR kinda replaced Epic as GWs third game as well.
....must avoid a Rant n Froth.....
