Hi all

I finished assembling this tyrant yesterday and wanted to show him off. I know it's a bit unoriginal, but I tryed updating the model with carnifex talons. Together with it's pewter base he weights 1,5lbs, he ain't falling over anytime soon. I'm looking for comments on how to make him look better before I prime him. I'm probably going to had a couple more pieces of chittin.

They wyvern wings aren't they? Nice conversion, since 'nids will be my 40K project after my Tau and DA I might just nick your idea with a wyvern I got given for free.

@thomas2: Yes the wings are the same you get with the wyvern. They are comonly called dragon wings because all the old dragons used them too.

I will put aside my hatred of that swollen headed monstrosity of a model to congradulate you. You actually made it look pretty cool. Those massive wings make the enourmous head look better, and the model has a pretty good feel to it as well. Congradulations.

that looks great. tyrants are so much better with wings but they really make it difficult by not making it an easy conversion at all. you pulled it off splendidly. kudos
