not too sure wot ur talking about, but i assume u mean the standard GW striped effect?

all u do is get the colour u want, darken it with black, and then paint lines goin from the edge towards the middle, then highlight it using ur main colour, but make sure when u highlight the lines, dont go as far towards the middle and paint inside the existing line
