You dont need chaos knights now, because anyone can ally with anyone. So just take a knight and do whatever you want with it and add it to your chaos army, because 7th ed allies makes heaps of sense -_-

Would be nice to have it within 6'' of the rest of my army however, without risking either doing nothing for a full turn.

From what I just gleaned about other Knight variants from Lexicanum I'm guessing this will be the Crusader/Castellan.
