Get the Lascannons into a separate HWS, and give the PCS four Flamers instead of three Plasmas and a Medic. The PCS Chimmy is optional. If you want to axe it, get two Scout Sentinels instead, you should have the points. Marbo is awesome, keep him. If something bad comes along, drop a Demokit on it and watch it burn.
New to IG 1000pt list - opinions?
Hi all, I'm working on building my first guard list, was looking at the following but some input would be great.

10 spare points, maybe GLs on 2 of the IS, or a Power Weapon on the PCS?
Variant to that I was thinking maybe dropping Marbo and the PCS chimera and adding a Vendetta w/ the PCS inside.
I was thinking of prettymuch setting up a gun line and taking down what I can, Issuing orders w/ the CSS while using the Chimeltas/PCS to hunt or score.

I would deffo swap round the plasma/chimera into the CCS and get rid of the MoO...CCS
