New to fantasy and Skaven but have inherited a bunch of toys.

1x grey seer
1x warlord/chieftan
1x warlock engineer
57x clan rats with spears and shields
92x clan rats with hand weapons and shields
1x doomwheel
So I've tried to make a list with what I have available...
Here goes.
Grey seer w/ talisman of preservation 285
chieftan w/ bsb, armour of destiny 120
warlock engineer w/ foul pendant, warp-energy condenser 115
57 clanrats /w shields and spears, musician, standard 297
44 slaves w/ shields and hand weapons, musician, standard 116
