It's not a bad fighter. A little overcosted for the points. It's a great alternative for, say, Dark Angels, which gets pretty lousy attack craft.
But when you compare it to a Stormraven, it's lightly armored, with no transport capacity, for basically the same price. It's got serious range on the Stormraven for tank hunting, but it's far less durable.
Sort of reminds me of a very expensive Crimson Hunter.
