New Space Marine army

I've recently been offered the following space marines as a trade for some other miniatures.

Space Marine battle force box
Drop Pod
5 x Assault marines
5 x Devastators
6 x terminators.

I'm trying to make a reasonably competitive list out of it. So far I have:

HQ
Librarian in Terminator amour with a storm shield 140pts

Troops
Tactical squad 260pts
-10 marines
-plasma cannon
-plasma gun
-power fist and teleport homer on sergeant
-Rhino

Tactical squad 260pts
-10 marines
-lascannon
-melta gun
-power fist and teleport homer on sergeant
-Rhino

Elites
Terminator squad (librarian joins) 235pts
-5 Terminators
-Cyclone ML
-Chainfist

Fast attack 235pts
Assault Squad
-10 marines
-2 flamers
-power fist on sergeant

Total: 1130 points

Does anyone have an idea what I could add to bring this up to 1500pts or cut it down to 1000pts? I was thinking of a pair of vindicators maybe?

generally VSM assault squads are not that competitive due to there 1 base attack, so i'd slice them out to get under 1k. Vindicators seem pretty popular in competitive lists.

2-3 autolas predators will give you the tough fire support you need for your terminators and advancing tac squads. i don't run the assault marines and termies at 1k, instead i run 2 preds and one vindi. at 1500 run 3 preds or 2 pred 1 vindi, with the termies.

these are quick ideas, so if you choose to, take them with a grain of salt
