im not too sure that is a kit bash to be honest, i dont seem to recognise any of the parts from any other gw kits

not a bad model to be honest, but if your gonna buy one, buy it fast :p i cant see gw standing for it for very long, especially as they are selling it as an 'origional warhammer 40k ork tank'

there has to be some copyright infringement somewhere :/

weapon barrels (las cannon and shooters), a IG/sm flamer on the sponson, and some of the glyph plates are familiar (from the truck kit?), and the big ork head plate looks like the one from the old metal def dread kit, the ram from the old rhino kit
oh and the turret looks like from a 1/48th sherman kit

This guys defiantely dodgey... he's also selling a 'Super Killa Can' thats also obviously made from recast parts.... his store also is claiming to be selling GW minitures pre-painted, and some of them I recognise as past Golden Deamon entries... so not his.

GW's legal department should be contacting this guy...

GW wont even need to, they have VERO agreement with ebay which means if GW are made aware then they will tell ebay to remove his listings and if he relists ebay will ban him.
I see have mixed feelings about this recasting full minis is very very bad but alot of that tank has been made from scratch and obviously alot of effort and talent has gone into it, unfortunately hes IP infringing and hes based in country that has no regard for copyright and trademarks.

If he was just selling the tank alone i would say good luck to him but the recast feedback and other evidence says give him a wide berth, i have to admit alot of this seems to be going on on ebay at the moment, usually GW are much more proactive than they have been of late, maybe the legal team is busy elsewere.....
