So been working on this list for about a week now let me now what u think

I'm not a big fan of the Black Mace on the sorc, since he already has a force weapon that should be his go-to weapon for killing big nasties, and AP4 is very limited against a lot of foes (vs the AP2 the Mace would be on a DP, thanks to Smash). Also, I'd try to upgrade that AoDG to a SoC if possible...

I'm not a fan of two-shooty or two-melee 'Brutes, but run it if you like--and pray that you won't roll the melee Crazed result. Honestly, I realize it's a pretty small chance, but...

No dirge caster on the rhino? I'd consider that important. And perhaps another rhino on the other squad of CSM, if possible...

Jam 2 special weapons on these guys or don't take them, I say. 2 melta are excellent on a 3-biker suicide unit--zipping into place to crack a tank.

Drop this guy for a Soul Grinder, I say--not to hard a conversion, model-wise, but significantly cheaper in points and AV 13 front and side--much better than a Defiler, and you already have the HS slot in your allied detachment available:

180 - Soul Grinder w/ Daemon of Nurgle and Phlegm Bombardment

What are you going for here? Grimoire, to buff the Heldrake, etc? If so, certainly workable, and the 2+ jinking DP of Nurgle is fun. I would consider rolling all powers on Biomancy for shots at Endurance and Iron Arm, though, rather than taking Plague powers.

If you want to support your psykers, consider swapping these guys out for 11 Horrors, which would generate 2 more warp charge for you. Still, Plaguebearers are good for chipping away hull points with touch of rust and putting wounds on high-Toughness opponents with poisoned, so there's basically nothing in the game they can't eventually rot their way through, provided they aren't all killed or suffer a terrible Instability test.

You could consider dropping the Daemons allies to get a DP with the Black Mace in the place of your sorc... but then that means no Soul Grinder, which makes Mossy sad.

Still, looks like a decent list--I hope you don't mind my intrusive little ideas for tweaks!

mossy has it on the spot. nothing to add to what he says. Also, please, lets ban all those "army builders". they just make it hard to read and review a list with so much unneeded crap
