I need help finding the folowing rules:

Land Raider Helios
(most likely in a FW book, this isn't a problem)

Land Raider Terminus Ultra
(Can't find this anywhere)

and any other Land raider Variant would be nice.

there are two land raider variants in the space marine codex... page 81ish. Probably some more kicking around in other marine codexi as well.

Helios, Terminus Ultra, and any other Variant of the Land Raider other than Standard(Godhammer), Crusader, and Redeemer is covered in Imperial Armour and/or Apocalypse books.

try and find the official FW PDF for the helios and prometheus land raiders, its free and up to date so no need to buy out dated rulebooks.

Just checked the link provided by fynn (second link), and it includes the Prometheus and Helios like Stella said, so that should be all the "official" variants now covered here
