okay, I am playing my first game thursday this coming week :victory:
And i would like to hear what you guys could build of this.
I have these figures available:

1 Khorne Herald
1 Nurge Herald

11 Bloodletters (1 with instrument and 1 with icon)
23 Plaguebearers (1 with instrument and 1 with icon)
6 Flesh hounds (1 Karanak included in the 6)
6 Screamers

I made the list like this so far for 970 pts:

110pts Herald of Khorne
-Fury, unholy might, Iron hide

105pts Herald of Nurgle
-Palaquin, nox touch, breath of chaos

174pts 11 Bloodletters
- Icon, instrument

175pts 11 Plague bearers
-Icon

190pts 12 Plague bearers
-Icon

140pts 6 Flesh hounds
- Karanak

96pts 6 Screamers


this is the list I have worked out so far..
Is there a reason to give Screamers might, does it help?
And are there some better gifts I can give the heralds?

Are there any units that I could do with more numbers? or maybe make the PB's in one big unit?

He doesn't really need fury. But he's decent.
105pts Herald of Nurgle
-Palaquin, nox touch, breath of chaos
Nurgle heralds are made halfdigested cabbages. They aren't of much use to anyone. It might be a good idea to ask your opponent if you could use him as something else.
174pts 11 Bloodletters
- Icon, instrument
Drop the icon and the instrument. Letters don't tie combats, they dominate them.

175pts 11 Plague bearers
-Icon

190pts 12 Plague bearers
-Icon
Make these 3 units of 7. It's harder to mishap that way, you have more objective grabbers and they are tough enough to survive almost anything when in cover.
140pts 6 Flesh hounds
- Karanak
Not bad.
96pts 6 Screamers
Should be 2 units of 3. Might is useless on screamers as they are only good at fighting vehicles. And you want to use their Warp Jaws, not their actual strength.

Since you only have a limited amount of models it's hard to make suggestions for alternatives in your list. But you are on to something if you understand that you should archive the nurgle herald under the folder "Garbage".

GUO's are best left as big, fat, noisy distractions so they should be as cheap as possible. Give them CoF and watch your opponent try to take him down. ;)
