Tyranids is one army that i really don't like the old models for, I like the paint schemes though, and my favourite is the broodlord

Do you have any pics of lictors painted in this scheme, i love the lictor model and fluff, and love to see and read about them. You can imagine the sheer terroe of guardsmen being stalked by them

Thanks all. I just love the old models.

I have a lictor painted but I need to get pics of him. I used Imperial Purple (oop GW color) then went to Festering Blue (another OOP GW color that looks purple).

I love the old models and the cool thing about the new ones is they returned the style loosely to those 2nd ed models and they blend in pretty well. Nice work

Thanks. I deffinitely like the newer models as opposed to the 3rd edition ones. Those Carnifex looked like walking mushrooms.

I usually hate to OOP Tyranids, but I have to say those are very impressive models with a beautiful paint scheme!
