If you were playing at 750 points, or something, I think the first order of business would be getting some bikes or spawn to act as a retinue around that Lord, but as it stands, it might well work.
Just one thing: since I imagine the cultists will be hanging back, you might as well drop the flamers from them in order to upgrade your Lord's second Lightning Claw into a Power Fist. Both a claw and a fist are Specialist Weapons, so you get the bonus attack for having 2, but it lets you mix and match attacks as you need based on your enemy. Also lets you drop the meltabombs, having a power fist--maybe buy back one of those cultist flamers, I suppose.
