If you have been playing for as long as I have you might know where this comes from.

Moriar-190?

May only be taken if (at least) one squad of five death company is included in the army he is joining.

Weapons:
Two Blood talons, Heavy flamer, Meltagun

Options:
Smoke launchers

Moriar can select a drop pod.

Special rules:
Tear attack
Black rage
Battle-frenzied
Rampage

Tear attack: Moriar rolls 2D6+strength for armor penetration.

Black rage: Moriar must move towards the nearest enemy and must assault if within range.

Battle-frenzied: Moriar has a random number of attacks roll one D6 and add two for total attacks he receives. In addition if Moriar charges into combat he still gains +1A (D6+3).

Rampage: Moriar ignores any "crew shaken" result on the damage table, also he gains the "move through cover" special rule.

Does 190 points seem fair?

He is weakened by Black rage and that you can only include him in an army with DC.

On the other hand Battle-frenzy, Rampage and Tear are pretty amazing.

Furioso is 125 base has a better WS and better front armor while Moriar is a beast at CC he is weakened due to his raging and all that.

One thing I would note is Blood Talons are just Lightning Claws, you don't get the Strength Boost with them as DCCW as they are not.

Just give him the Black Rage rule from the Death Company. And Give him Fleet as well. He's an upgraded DC Dreadnought so he should be at least as good as one. Also your Rampage is pretty much worse than 'None Shall Stay My Wrath'
