Post your mods here, I seem to mod every model in my army in some way or another, either through battle damage, decoration or something else entirely.
modding them is entierly my favorite part of the hobby.

first one is my Venerable Dreadnought

next, Terminator with assault cannon and Power fist (with a ball and chain)

How is that speeder supported..?
HAHAHAHA...I'm sorry I forgot...that speeder is supported by Adobe PhotoshopCS2...in actuality its supported by a twisted bunch (about 6 strands) of steel bouquet wire (a bunch is more springy and less likely to bend permanently), I shopped it because I was bored.

I'd have to devote an entire thread to my Sons of Horus, I think... every model in the army is converted... but for kicks, here's the dreadnought. It's the result of me being too cheap to throw down for the Forge World model, but still liking that look a heck of a lot better than the old metal chaos dread. My Thousand Sons dreads are all more or less like this one-- remind me to take pictures of them. The weapons mount is modular so I can switch between twin las or plasma cannon depending on what my army list calls for. I've since re-highlighted it and replaced the transfers with freehand iconography, but the painting isn't really what's important for this thread, I don't think.

And, just because I think it came out kind of cool, Tydaeus Krassos, Champion of Khorne. He was originally part of a project to make a marked bodyguard for Abaddon... have one of each cult represented, basically, and then convert an Abaddon model using a plastic terminator, some parts cut from an obliterator (namely, the greaves) and a lot of green stuff... but the project never really got finished.

Thanks, lol, actually, there is one noticeable thing, directly under the footstep there is a dark hard edge. It was very late when I did it, and I was half gone because of a sleeping pill.

in terms of my work, I consider it substandard.

Being a Prof. Computer artist has its perks, one is to be able to vomit out decent work in Photoshop. specifically though, of all the programs I use, Photoshop is my favorite.
