My question is on using a terminator heavyflamer arm on a normal tactical marine. I have the deathstorm set so I got the shooty terminators which don't do alot for blood angels however that heavy flamed is looking tasty on one of my tactical squads instead. My only problem is with scale. I'm not sure if it is off too much or not.

I would do my best to swap the arm but that's just me. Check out these attempts at the same thing, some better than others:

The scale isn't perfect, but it isn't terribly off either. If you happen to have Multi Meltas you don't use otherwise they are super easy to make into Heavy Flamers.

I would either cut the front off the weapon and put it on a multi melta (which would be eai, or if you don't have a spare melta, cut the arm off up to where it connects with the weapon and replace it with a tactical bolter arm (with the hand cut off to meet the joint on the flamer) that should get rid of scaling issues as it will just be a more heavily armoured hand holding the weapon, which should look fine as the bigger hand would be to hold the heavier weapon etc.
