I just need some clarification on the rule "master crafted" does it let you reroll one hit per turn or one per game.

And that's per player turn, not game turn, so if you're in an assault for multiple rounds with a M-C melee weapon... yup, a reroll each time you strike blows.

Surprisingly handy, especially if you are in an 'every hit counts' army like Grey Knights - who often don't have the models to let them deal sufficient damage to party with the majority of armies that you see in opposition.
