I love how Games Workshop intended to make Librarians and Commanders more appealing choices in the new Codex, but just sort of reinforced having two chaplains as your HQ, because Litanies of Hate is quite possibly one of the best special rules in the game, especially for the relatively low cost of fielding a Chaplain.
Death Company get 4 attacks on a charge, (3 when not charging) jetpacks, feel no pain, and furious charge. And they;re dirty cheap ;-)
Besides, My brother plays Khorne sometimes...they suck mightily. No firepower and they have to blindly charge whatever;s closest. My blood angels have some awesome (but limited) assault capability, but we;re still marines. We can still field lascannon tac squads, HB/AC speeders and the like, and as long as my chaplain is alive, my DC can move wherever I want them to, not just running after the first unit they see.
Now, stick those 15 points in a tac squad and get a lascannon, then let's talk. (lascannon may or may not be more points. i can't remember off hand)
I wish i could have another one to go with the other 2 in my 2 tactical sqauds. that way i would lose the devastator sq. damn gw & their rules lol
