Making a 2000 point army with Eldar Battleforce

Ok I need help making a 2000 point Eldar list using the Eldar Battleforce starter set,yes I know it sucks but I want to build an Eldar army and got this from a relative who knew I liked Eldar.

I also have "thankfully" a unit of Scorpions x5 with exarch and Karandris probably spelled wrong.

So for starters I was thinking, up the DA to 10,and add another 10 for a total of 2 units, up the gaurdians to 20 buy a unit of Fire dragons for good armour popping, adding my Scorpion's, and purchasing 2 fire prisms.

Does that sound ok I have not done up the points yet just trying to get some good units in there and my relative plays SM,and Tyranid.Maybe get another warwalker with scatter lasers for the tyranid fight?

Any suggestions

OK I guess I did say I needed a list "sorry" I shouldn't ask for lists I have my own ideas just asking your opinions about them.

Are you planning on magnetising the weapons as whats good against the average marine army will struggle against the standard nid horde.
DA and firedragons are fairly standard in most Eldar armies and a well timed bladestorm should clear marines and nids alike and you can switch the dragons from tank hunting to big bug hunting fairly easily.
A farseer is also a main staple against most armies so I'd recommend getting 1 of them.
Guardians are so annoying to build and not that effective on the battlefield mainly due to their low strength short range weapons, when combined with their need to take a heavy weapon which in my opinion just ruins how the whole unit works but then if your just dumping them on an objective and shooting the hvy weapons they'll do ok although it's rare to make your points back with bigger units.
Smaller 5 man units of scorpions might struggle I'd reccomend either a unit of 10 or if points are tight a unit of storm guardians with fusion guns for marines /flamers for nids as back up and spare wounds.

I was not planning on magnetising the army maybe switching out a couple of units.
From the models you've quoted and before adding any wargear you've got around 1100 points.

I'd be sorely tempted to drop a guardian squad and replace them with 4 Jetbikes including one with a Shuriken Cannon. I'd also substitute a Falcon c/w Scatter Laser and Shuriken Cannon for one of the Fire Prisms. And finish off with a squadron of 3 War Walkers with two Scatter Lasers each (24 St.6 shots...).

That'll push you to around 1300 points prior to tooling up.

The Falcon's transport capacity will help your Fire Dragons get into position to let rip relatively unmolested and it'll potentially give you a further eight shots at St.6 upwards.
