They are the are the bunch that won the Eurovision song contest a while back aren't they?
Sounds like a Chaos Lord and a (small) Chosen retinue would be a place to think about doing this, maybe Slaaneshi. Either that or have them as champions leading squads but they will have more impact as a group.
